Description of duties:

1. Responsible for the introduction of semi-automatic/fully automatic optical wafer probe stations, including acceptance and deployment , test process planning, software and hardware integration, optimization and acceptance of test software, and data processing.

2. Responsible for the operation and management of semi-automatic/fully automatic optical wafer probe stations, performing wafer testing, data sorting, test report preparation and yield analysis.

3. Responsible for the design and procurement of wafer stage-related accessories, such as fixtures, optical fibers, FA components, etc.

4. Responsible for planning and implementing wafer test plans, managing and training technicians, and ensuring smooth test operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chip, Optics, Electronics, Mechanics or related fields.
2. Five or more years of experience in silicon photonic chip testing in silicon photonic chip testing, familiar with performance indicators and test methods of silicon photonic chips.
3. More than 3 years of operating experience with semi-automatic wafer probe stations, familiar with specifications and operation procedures of general optical probe stations.
4. Proficiency in C#, Python or MATLAB programming; able to modify wafer stage control software and customize test processes according to requirements.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.
